The Northants personality disorder hub offer a specialist countywide service for adults who have a diagnosis of personality disorder or other related difficulties. We offer a therapy programme to service users, as well as consultation and training to members of staff across the Trust.
We’re a small multidisciplinary team comprising of nurses, occupational therapists and clinical psychologists. Our service is commissioned to provide evidence-based treatment and promote effective ways of working across care in secondary services.
We provide a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) programme that involves weekly attendance at group skills training sessions for approximately one year, alongside weekly individual sessions and telephone support.
